01Source code from CodeCanyon
When you buy a MIKODES product on CodeCanyon, Envato's licence terms apply. In short:
- Regular licence — one end product, used by you or one client, where end users are not charged.
- Extended licence — one end product where end users are charged (subscriptions, paid plans, SaaS).
- Each licence covers one end product. A second brand or app needs a second licence.
Envato's licence text is the one that counts; this summary is only a guide.
02Rebranding and changing the code
- You may change the name, logo, colours, features and fees of your end product.
- You may not resell or share the source code itself, or publish it as a template or competing item.
- Agencies building for clients: one licence per client end product.
03Custom builds and branded launches
- Code we write specifically for you belongs to you once the project is paid in full.
- Where a custom build starts from a MIKODES product, that base stays under its CodeCanyon licence.
- We may reuse general techniques and components that are not specific or confidential to your project.
04Third-party components
Products use open-source libraries and third-party services under their own licences, listed on each product's credits page in its documentation. Accounts and API keys for third-party services are yours to create and keep.
