1. Data We Collect
When you make a purchase, we collect the information you provide during checkout: full name, email address, and optionally company name, phone number, country, domain name, and hosting information. This data is necessary to fulfil your order and provide post-purchase support.
2. Contact forms, chat and Telegram
When you write to us through the form on mikodes.com, the chat bubble, Telegram or e-mail, we receive what you send: your name, e-mail address, optional Telegram username, the product and service you ask about, an optional budget and deadline, and your message. It is stored in our lead inbox and forwarded to our own Telegram and e-mail so we can reply. We use it only to answer you and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work.
3. Analytics on mikodes.com
mikodes.com records page views, which sections were seen and which links were clicked, plus the campaign tag (UTM) and referring site of the visit. These events carry no name or e-mail, set no cookie and use only your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. They are stored on our own server, not with an advertising network.
4. Payment Data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store card numbers, CVVs, or bank details. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. We only receive a confirmation token and metadata from Stripe after a successful payment.
5. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to process and deliver your order, send order confirmation emails, provide support, and manage the guided handover for live application purchases. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Email Communication
After purchase, you will receive a transactional confirmation email. We may follow up with support communications related to your order. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails unless you explicitly subscribe through a newsletter form.
7. Data Storage
Order records including your personal information are stored securely. We retain order data for as long as necessary to fulfil legal, tax, and support obligations — typically up to 5 years. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting hey@mikodes.com.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. Contact hey@mikodes.com with the subject line “Privacy request” and we will respond within 2 business days.
9. Cookies & Analytics
We use minimal first-party cookies for cart, checkout, and session continuity. Optional analytics (page views, conversion events) may be collected to improve the buyer experience. No cross-site tracking pixels are loaded.
