Terms of service

MIKODES is a crypto product studio run by Michal Štrba through a company registered in Slovakia. We publish mikodes.com, the product sites at <product>.mikodes.com and their documentation. “You” means anyone using these sites or hiring us.

• Source code — sold on CodeCanyon (Envato Market), under Envato's terms and licences.
• Installation, branded launches and custom builds — sold by us directly, on these terms.

• Every service has a fixed price and delivery date agreed in writing (Telegram or e-mail counts) before work starts.
• Larger projects are split into milestones; each is paid before it starts unless the quote says otherwise.
• Changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately before we do them.
• Bugs in the agreed scope are fixed free for 30 days after delivery.

• You provide the accounts, servers, domains and API keys a project needs, and keep them secure.
• You are responsible for running your product lawfully where you operate — including any licensing, KYC/AML, tax or consumer rules that apply to crypto services in your country.
• You do not use our sites to attack them, scrape them at scale, or impersonate MIKODES.

Our products are software. We do not hold your or your users' funds, and nothing on our sites is financial, investment or legal advice. Revenue calculators show examples, not forecasts or promises. Crypto trading carries risk for your users.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost funds or failures of third-party services.

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version, and the terms agreed for a running project stay as they were when it started.
